About the role:

As the Director Of Data & Bi you will lead our analytics team in the e-commerce and digital marketing fields.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing data analysis, generating insights, and driving strategic decisions that enhance our clients' digital marketing efforts and e-commerce performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep analytical expertise, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business success.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing the Data & BI team, including continuous mentoring and professional growth.
• Performing advanced business analyses and presenting data to management, providing impactful business insights.
• Development of statistical models and production of business conclusions, reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Working with Big Data to extract actionable insights from diverse, large-scale data sources.
• Leading BI projects and optimizing processes through innovative, data-driven solutions.
• Developing business models that support strategic goals and enhance revenue potential.

Position Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing and leading Data & BI teams, with specific experience in the e-commerce sector.
• Strong expertise in Big Data and advanced business analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills combined with a broad business perspective, with the ability to translate data into actionable revenue-driving insights
• Proficiency with BI systems and data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Utilize business analysis techniques to understand and document business processes, requirements, and objectives.
• Develop insights and recommendations based on consumer behavior analysis, market research, and competitive intelligence.
