Part-Time Bookkeeper for Growing Startup in Tel Aviv (3206)

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join a productive global FoodTech startup in Tel Aviv. This is a part-time role (50-60%) reporting directly to the CFO, with the option for a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities:

• Execute journal entries and reconcile bank accounts, customers, and suppliers
• Manage customer payments and bank deposits
• Process invoices, make payments, and perform adjustments with local and international suppliers
• Monitor supplier charges and produce reconciliation reports
• Oversee daily account management and collaborate with purchasing and sales departments

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience in a global company (startup experience preferred)
• Experience with inventory management - required
• Proficiency up to the balance sheet level - required
• Expertise in the Priority system - required
• Multi-currency environment experience - required
• Proficiency in QuickBooks - advantageous
• Experience with payroll - advantageous
• Strong command of Hebrew and English
