FP&A Specialist

Elementor is a dynamic, fast-growing online startup with a mission to empower web creators. We’re seeking a talented and highly experienced Financial Planning and Analysis to join our finance team.

In this role, you’ll provide insightful analysis and financial modeling, which will be critical in driving our financial strategy and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain robust financial models and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, profitability analysis, cost analysis to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual BvA processes and prepare ongoing reports to the company’s stakeholders.
• Streamline reporting and forecasting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Business Partnering: Be a strategic partner, work side-by-side with senior management, acting as the trusted finance business partner who helps shape and drive our company’s success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within finance (Accounting, Bookkeeping, Procurement & Operations) to facilitate a seamless month-end close process and reporting process, including Management & Board of Directors (BOD) presentations.
• Support Hosting cost management, providing detailed analysis and reporting to optimize expenditures and support strategic decision-making
• Automate & optimize FP&A processes and systems to meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-growing business environment.
• Collaborate with the BI team to ensure decisions are grounded in accurate data.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a high-growth SaaS tech company - a must.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, ERP) - a must.
• Knowledge of ERP Systems (Netsuite) and data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau) - a must.
• High-level understanding of financial accounting principles and reporting standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Financial operations - Experienced with negotiations and cost analysis with Cloud-based platforms (GCP or AWS)- an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

This role reports to the senior FP&A manager.
