About the Position

We’re looking for a dynamic and collaborative Marketing and Sales Operations Manager to be the driving force behind RAFT’s Sales and Marketing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a supportive and innovative environment.

As a key player in our organization, you’ll report directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing, integrating marketing, sales, and product processes. Your expertise will be crucial in advancing our B2B marketing initiatives and supporting our sales team in engaging enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the development of marketing strategies targeting large enterprise customers
• Manage marketing automation, campaigns, and high-quality content creation, including webinars
• Facilitate seamless integration of sales, marketing, and product processes both internally and with customers

Requirements

• +2 years experience in B2B marketing for enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
• Excellent customer success instincts.
• Technical orientation (communications/trading domains preferred).
• Full professional proficiency in English.
