A Day in the Life

We are seeking a Contract and Tender Analyst to join our Pricing department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the legal aspects of contracts and tenders. As a key member of our expanding pricing team, you will provide professional, targeted support to the sales departments, helping to maximize Medtronic's profitability.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Negotiate contract commercial terms, ensuring they meet requirements of internal stakeholders (i.e., risk, legal, project management, etc.) and client standards
• Create contracts and oversee legal documents and tenders
• Develop, issue, and manage tender documents (RFPs, RFQ, RFIs, etc.)
• Partner with the BU to plan, direct, assign and review agreements and tenders to ensure compliance with established policies, regulations, and objectives.
• Determine the ideal target customer pricing to drive profitability.
• Provide thorough analytical breakdowns of pricing structures and identify strategic methods to improve pricing models. Communicate findings effectively to relevant departments of the company.
  
  

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• LL.B
• Excel – high level
• English High level
• 0-2 years of experience with contracts and tenders.
• Ability to work under pressure
