Zendesk Administrator

A high tech company in Petah Tikva that deals with e-commerce solutions is looking for an Information System Engineer with a focus on Zendesk Administration to join their IT team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily configuration, support, maintenance, and enhancement of their service platforms. Working closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts, you will identify, develop, and deploy new business processes, including integrations with other applications, the development of dashboards and reports, and application configuration to meet strategic initiatives and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement best practices for application usage, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay informed on product updates and industry trends.
• Perform daily administration tasks, including user setup, form customization, field views, triggers, email notifications, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
• Support the rollout of new systems, maintenance, upgrades, and recommend process improvements.
• Troubleshoot and provide solutions for technical issues and escalations.
• Create and maintain technical systems documentation.
• Collaborate with all organizational levels, external vendors, and clients.
• Manage project issues, risks, and change control processes.
• Facilitate status meetings and reports as needed.
  
  

• 2-3 years of experience as a Zendesk Administrator, demonstrating strong knowledge of the platform.
• Experience with integrations is preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Java, and Apex is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Zendesk REST API is a plus.
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
• Experience with large, multifaceted projects and international business is advantageous.
• Familiarity with other SaaS applications and CRM systems (such as Atlassian, Monday, Slack, HubSpot) is preferred but not required.
• Resourceful, innovative, and equipped with strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
