Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven French Customer Service Sales Representative, a quick learner with strong communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in financial services, and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and French. In this job, you'll work on building relationships with clients and referring sources, learning about their money transfer and conversion needs and providing them with solutions that fit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations in both English and French.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales

- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is essential.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Working hours: Sunday to Thursday 09:00-18:00
