Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing international real estate company that specializes in selling properties in Greece to the Israeli market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute multi-channel marketing strategies
• Manage paid campaigns or work with agencies on digital platforms (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Plan and produce content (copy, visuals, presentations, etc.)
• Generate and optimize lead funnels for the sales team
• Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams
• Track KPIs, analyze performance, and improve conversion rates

• Proven experience in marketing management – required
• Experience in real estate marketing – major advantage (especially international)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills
• High-level communication in both Hebrew and English
• Independent, motivated, and detail-oriented
