The position will include supervision of the construction of public building projects in Gush Dan Area.
and execution of all public projects, along with managing a team of engineers/engineers/work managers.
The role consists of:
- Pricing and project planning.
- Creating the schedule.
- Negotiation and closing of subcontractor contracts.
- Approval of current accounts.
- Budget control.
- Working with work planners and supervision, quality control and more.
Requirements:
- Approximately 10 years of similar experience in a construction company.
- Bachelors degree in Construction / civil engineering/ other relevant subject.
