In this role, you'll coach, mentor, and drive your team to achieve exceptional customer retention, satisfaction, and growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Account Management team, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service and account growth.
- Coach and develop team members to ensure they meet or exceed retention and upsell targets.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs, identifying improvement areas and implementing growth strategies.
- Resolve escalated customer issues effectively, maintaining solid relationships with key clients.
- Enforce business processes and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across the team.
- Facilitate regular team meetings, creating an open space for collaboration, feedback, and sharing of best practices.
- Create development plans for team members, focusing on skill enhancement and professional growth.
- Support recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members to ensure a smooth and effective transition.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, reporting on team progress, initiatives, and customer feedback.
- Promote a positive and inclusive culture, ensuring all team members feel valued, motivated, and aligned with the company's goals.
Requirements & Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, with a proven ability to lead teams.
- Experience managing people, either as a direct manager or team leader.
- Strong track record of achieving both commercial and customer satisfaction goals.
- Empathetic and customer-focused, passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.
- Creative and enthusiastic leader who can motivate and inspire your team to exceed targets.
- Tech-savvy, willing to quickly learn about new products and technologies.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
