NICE is looking for a highly motivated Senior QA & Automation Engineer to join CX one, our fully integrated open cloud customer experience platform.

How will you make an impact?

• Serve as the senior QA professional in the R&D group.
• Review software and test cases design, challenging them to detect potential quality concerns, and proposing ways to address them.
• Actively track the team’s tasks, analyze the testing needs and define QA activities and ownership.
• Plan, define and execute tests as part of the team’s QA related activities.
• Continuously analyze and challenge existing testing coverage (manual and automatic tests)
• Drive the team for continuous improvement and innovate with quality assurance practices.
• Write and maintain E2E automated tests.
• Run manual tests and build automation test suites for regression and new features, checking data in application and databases, automating data generation.
• Monitor the test and production environments.
  
  

Have you got what it takes?

• BS in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years of experience in QA/Automation positions
• Experience in test design and execution for complex systems (manual and automatic)
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies
• Understanding of the following types of testing: Functional, Usability, Load, Stress, Negative, E2E, Smoke, Integration, Data validation, Performance, Regression and Automated testing
• Comprehensive experience working in an Agile development process.
• Hands-on experience in Java/JS or other OO language
• Strong Requirements and Business Analysis skills with good focus on attention for details
• Experience with writing SQL queries.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration Tools, i.e., Jenkins
• Experience with a public cloud provider, preferably AWS.
  
  

You will have an advantage if you also have:

• Experience with SDLC of SaaS products.
• Experience in Gatling for Performance test.
