Waves audio is looking for a talented Marketing Project Manager & Video Producer who will join the marketing department.

Job Description:

• Lead the end-to-end management of marketing projects and video productions, from initial planning and coordination to execution, working closely with content, creative, and product teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project timelines, outline key milestones, and facilitate synchronization meetings with a structured problem-solving agenda to drive the process efficiently.
• Oversee and update project progress through task management software, providing clear and regular status reports to the leadership team.
• Coordinate studio resources and schedules, including video editors and designers, proactively identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions to ensure smooth project flow.
• Plan and execute shooting days, handling all aspects of production logistics such as hiring crew, selecting locations, and managing on-site activities to meet project goals.
• Act as a post-production producer, collaborating with video editors, VFX artists, and 3D animators to bring the creative vision to life.
• Prepare for shoots with detailed planning, including script analysis, treatment development, scheduling, and creating comprehensive breakdowns.

Professional Requirements:

• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in project management and video production, including expertise in post-production workflows.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional processes and proficiency in using project management tools.
• Excellent planning and production skills with the ability to analyze requirements and prepare detailed materials and budgets for shooting days.
