Head of Procurement

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Procurement to lead the procurement domain at a leading financial organization. The role includes professional management of the entire procurement function within the organization, with an emphasis on IT procurement. The manager will be responsible for strategically managing procurement processes, agreements, and negotiations with suppliers, as well as developing and implementing procurement strategies that will drive process optimization, cost savings, and increased efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic procurement processes, with a focus on technology procurement (IT).

Guide and develop a professional procurement team, optimizing processes and improving performance.

Create and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational needs and objectives.

Lead negotiations with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and agreements.

Work closely with IT departments to ensure technology procurement meets operational needs.

Manage large-scale IT procurement projects, analyzing benefits and performance.

Identify and implement process improvements that drive cost savings and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience managing procurement in large organizations, with a focus on technology procurement.

Strong Leadership Skills : Experience managing teams and developing their professional capabilities.

Complex Negotiation Experience : Proven ability to lead negotiations with suppliers and manage contract terms.

Technical Understanding : In-depth knowledge of IT procurement and the ability to handle complex technology purchasing decisions.

Project Management Expertise : Experience leading large-scale procurement projects.

Advanced English Proficiency.

Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
