The Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Agora, you’ll take full ownership of the Agora’s strategic Payments domain. You’ll be responsible for managing the domain’s backlog and roadmap, collaborating with a dedicated Scrum squad, conducting detailed user research, and actively engaging with clients to understand and address their needs. Your insights will shape the Payments roadmap, influence key product decisions, and ensure that our Payments experience is both seamless and impactful for users.

What are we looking for:

• Domain Leadership: Own the end-to-end Payments domain, driving its design, release management, and continuous improvement based on user feedback and business priorities.
• Roadmap Development: Collaborate closely with the VP of Product to align the Payments domain roadmap with broader product goals and upcoming features.
• Product Ownership: Take ownership of Payments feature prioritization and collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Development, and Sales to ensure high customer adoption and satisfaction.
• User Research & Insights: Conduct deep product discovery within the Payments domain, gathering insights through interviews, financial industry research, and real estate workflows to inform roadmap planning and feature definition.
• Data-Driven Approach: Leverage qualitative insights and quantitative data (user feedback, usage analytics, A/B tests, surveys) to optimize Payments feature adoption and usage.
• Strategic Prioritization: Collect and analyze a wide range of inputs to ensure the squad is focused on impactful and relevant tasks.
• Sprint Management: Lead sprint planning for the Payments team, maintain a prioritized backlog, and support release planning to ensure timely and successful product launches.
  
  

• Experience: At least 4 years in a Product Manager role, ideally within B2B SaaS or fintech-oriented companies, with a proven track record of delivering impactful products.
• Domain Knowledge: Experience in Payments, Fintech, or related financial domains is a strong plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in writing detailed PRDs, defining complex functionalities, and guiding design and architecture discussions.
• Product Lifecycle Ownership: Hands-on experience with product life cycle management in an agile setting, including user stories, UI/UX design, and backlog prioritization.
• Analytical Skills: Highly analytical, adept at using both qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions and prioritize product improvements. Familiarity with analytics tools, A/B testing, and usability testing is essential.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage stakeholders across the organization.
• Leadership & Initiative: Demonstrates strong ownership, self-motivation, and the ability to make decisions independently. Comfortable leading without a consensus in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
