Role Overview:
The Digital Strategy Manager will spearhead the development and execution of transformative digital strategies, playing a pivotal role in influencing key stakeholders and driving business innovation. This position requires a unique blend of analytical prowess, strategic insight, and creative acumen to reshape digital landscapes and impact decision-making at the highest levels. Additionally, the role involves leading professional methodologies and guiding strategy personnel within the team to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and articulate comprehensive digital customer-centric strategies that align with and advance business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for digital innovation.
• Create compelling comparisons and alternatives to effectively influence C-level decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions across the organization.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to foster a culture of digital transformation and innovation.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, or PPE (PAKAM)
• 4+ years of experience in digital / transformation strategy or consulting, with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex digital customer-based projects and driving organizational change.
