QA Operations Team Lead (3202)

The QA Operations Team Lead will oversee day-to-day operations within the QA department, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements across biopharmaceutical manufacturing. This role involves managing a team, leading quality initiatives, and ensuring the consistent production of high-quality, safe, and effective products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the QA Operations team to ensure effective execution of quality systems.
• Oversee batch record reviews, deviation investigations, CAPA implementation, and product release processes.
• Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality and compliance in manufacturing, testing, and distribution.
• Ensure timely resolution of quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in QA operations in a biopharmaceutical environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and quality operations.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and quality systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
