As a Technical Project Manager on the Data and Digital Team at Lumenis, you'll play a critical role in aligning and validating data within a cross-functional organization, supporting the data backbone of a new IoT solution. You’ll manage integration projects to embed IoT capabilities into our products, collaborating closely with internal tech teams, including IT, software developers, and QA, to implement best practices in digital and web architecture. Your responsibilities will encompass executing and monitoring project plans, ensuring adherence to reliability, manufacturability, performance, and quality standards, and driving feasibility investigations to support high-performance, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Data alignment and validation as part of cross-functional data infrastructure program
• Supporting data infrastructure for our new IOT solution
• Manage integration projects to implement our IOT solution into our products
• Collaborate with internal tech teams: IT, SW developers and QA
• Define and implement best practices for digital and web architecture, technologies, development processes and outputs.
• Execute & follow-up on the Project plan including all related activities.
• Drive design for reliability, manufacturability, serviceability, performance, quality, cost and development time.
• Drive feasibility activities & investigations.

Requirements:

Analytics Requirements:

• B.A. / B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent background
• Experience in data analysis – advantage
• Medical device world knowledge – advantage
• Project management Experience
• Experience managing complex software development projects
• AWS \ Azure. distributed software architecture
• Fluent English – Written and Oral
• Experience in medical systems development process
• Organizational: capable of working in a dynamic & global environment
• Strong planning and execution follow-up
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Independence and self-learning capability
