Procurement & Logistics Manager (On Site,Rishon/Yavne, Israel)

Job Description:

Procurement & Logistics Manager responsible for managing the procurement of raw materials, logistics, inventory, and leading efficiency processes to improve overall operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Management: Plan and execute procurement of raw materials such as wood, adhesives, complementary materials, tools, and additional equipment.
• Negotiate with suppliers domestically and internationally to achieve the best commercial terms.
• Monitor quality and compliance with standards of purchased materials and products.
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers.
• Logistics Management: Plan and manage the logistics and supply of raw materials and finished products.
• Manage warehouse and inventory, including inventory control and tracking storage and transport processes.
• Collaborate with production departments to ensure material availability.
• Budget Control: Produce monthly and annual reports and conduct cost analysis.
• Process Improvement: Identify and lead efficiency processes in procurement and logistics.
• Implement advanced management methods for inventory management and operational efficiency.
• ERP System Usage: Operate with ERP systems, specifically Priority.
  
  

• 3-5 years of managerial experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in industrial/manufacturing environments, and/or in the wood industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering - an advantage.
• High-level negotiation skills.
• Experience managing and motivating teams, with the ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and understand economic processes.
• Strong English proficiency - especially for supplier negotiations (advantage).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work across different internal and external organizational interfaces.

• ניהול מו"מ עם ספקים בארץ ובחו"ל להשגת תנאים מסחריים מיטביים.
• מעקב אחרי איכות ועמידה בתקנים של חומרי גלם ומוצרים נרכשים.
• איתור ובחינה של ספקים חדשים.
  
• ניהול הלוגיסטיקה:
• תכנון וניהול לוגיסטיקה ואספקה של חומרי גלם ומוצרים מוגמרים.
• ניהול מערך המחסנים והמלאים, כולל בקרת מלאי ומעקב אחר תהליכי האחסון והשינוע.
• עבודה שוטפת עם מחלקות הייצור כדי לוודא זמינות חומרים.
  
• ניהול ובקרה תקציבית:
• הפקת דו"חות חודשיים ושנתיים וניתוח עלויות.
  
• שיפור תהליכים:
• זיהוי והובלת תהליכי ייעול במערכי הרכש והלוגיסטיקה.
• יישום של שיטות ניהול מתקדמות לניהול מלאי ולייעול התפעול השוטף.
• עבודה עם מערכות ERP פריוריטי
  
  

• ניסיון קודם של לפחות 3-5 שנים בתפקיד ניהולי בתחום הרכש והלוגיסטיקה, עדיפות לניסיון במפעלים תעשייתיים ו/או בתחום העץ.
• השכלה: מהנדס תעשיה וניהול יתרון
• כישורי ניהול מו"מ ברמה גבוהה.
• יכולת ניהול והנעת עובדים: ניסיון בניהול צוותים ויכולת לעבוד בסביבה דינמית ומרובת משימות.
• יכולת אנליטית: יכולת ניתוח נתונים והבנת תהליכים כלכליים.
• שפה: שליטה טובה באנגלית - יתרון (בעיקר למו"מ עם ספקים מחו"ל).
