Senior Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer who thrives in a startup environment. You’ll be responsible for developing and scaling AI-driven applications that empower engineering teams worldwide. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React, and will come with insights into engineering and customer needs to inform product decisions. 

What You'll Do

• Lead and own features "end to end" from product requirements through live code in production
• Contribute to the design, architecture, and development of our products and services
• Produce highly scalable, high-quality software in the fast-paced environment of a startup company
• Find innovative solutions to challenging problems
• Collaborate with product and other engineering teams to integrate advanced AI features into applications, leveraging data insights to improve user experience and efficiency.
• Work with the engineering team to enhance and scale applications to meet the needs of a growing user base, ensuring performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of software engineering experience 
• Must - proven experience in React
• Strong desire to grow and keep up with the latest trends in full stack and AI technologies
• Previous experience in Python or Node.js 
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-quality products
• Solid understanding of database management (SQL/NoSQL) and familiarity with data storage and retrieval practices.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup, ideally within a SaaS company, and familiarity with the unique challenges of scaling a product.
• Love to take on creative tasks, have end-to-end ownership, and work collaboratively to advance our mission and business goals
• Independent, autodidact with excellent problem-solving and passion for learning cutting-edge technologies
• Outstanding interpersonal skills

Advantage

• Experience with microservices architecture and automation on AWS or other cloud services.
• Premiere knowledge of AI-based applications, with experience building or integrating machine learning models in production a plus.
• Knowledge of Linear B products.
• R&D managerial experience is a plus.
