Senior Equipment Engineer

The Senior Equipment Engineer will lead the development and integration of end-user equipment, cross-functional project management, integration testing, product troubleshooting, and technical support for internal teams.

Responsibilities:

Development engineering and integration for end equipment

Leading the product journey from concept to development stage

Conducting integration testing for end equipment

Testing versions and new developments

Participating in cross-organizational project management

Collaborating with product manufacturers to identify and resolve issues

Providing support to technical teams and customer support staff

Delivering technical training for various departments

Working extensively across multiple interfaces

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics

Experience in the development and integration of end equipment/electronic products (hardware and software)

Background in QA methodologies

Experience with product management/control systems

Proficiency in setting up and operating routers, WiFi products, and related IP devices (IoT)

Knowledge of operating, monitoring, and debugging Linux-based devices, as well as TR069/SNMP, IP/ACS communication protocols

Familiarity with measuring devices and software (SCOPE, WiFi Analyzer, Wireshark) – a plus

Strong interpersonal communication skills
