Who We're Looking For: We're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Campaign Manager with a strong background in managing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. If you’re passionate about digital marketing, data-driven, and eager to work with a range of clients from different industries, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications:

• BA in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reading and understanding data using the various available data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas and data clearly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to ensure they meet the KPIs and goals of our clients.
• Manage and allocate budgets across multiple campaigns, ensuring maximum ROAS.
• Conduct in-depth performance analysis and generate reports for campaigns, using data to drive decision-making and campaign improvements.
• Collaborate with our team to create strategies that align with client goals and deliver exceptional results.
