Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist at BIG IDEA Camps. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for sales and customer registration.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Communication, and Sales skills
• Customer Support abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record in sales and / or customer service
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience with telemarketing calls or similar roles is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field - is a plus
