Position Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual ready to take on full responsibility for the accounting operations of a growing real estate investment firm. As Assistant Controller, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, contributing to our financial management and gaining exposure to diverse business processes in real estate. This full-time position is based in Tel Aviv, near the Hashalom train station.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounting:

• Oversee daily accounting and bookkeeping functions.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in collaborating with external auditors.
• Liaise with partners and vendors both locally and internationally, managing communications and ensuring alignment on financial matters.

Qualifications:

• CPA and BA in Accounting – Mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken English.
• Highly organized with a self-starter attitude and a commitment to responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background with one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
• A passion for real estate and a proactive approach to learning and professional growth.
