Production Planner

Sherman is recruiting planners for the production supervision planning department:

1. Construction of work plans - planning and defining tasks for production according to the availability and resource requirements, in accordance with the supply needs of the projects and the constraints of the material and the production infrastructure (personnel management, facilities, test equipment, engineering information, etc.)

2. Controlling the work orders released to the work centers to ensure compliance with the production plan which includes planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delays.

3. Managing the material flow from the beginning of the work order until it is reported to the inventory by the production center.

4. Identification and management of risks in the production plan and early treatment to prevent delays in the work plan, including management of deficiencies in front of all parties.

5. Managing follow-up meetings and building work plans for the work centers. Development of a control tool for measuring the production lines in aspects of planning versus execution, efficiency, material flow.

Job requirements:

Ability to analyze and process data

Mirroring and the ability to convey messages

 Performing simulations of material and analyzing product trees

Familiarity with the Priority system - a significant advantage

Mastery of Excel - mandatory

English at a good level
