Automation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Tailoring automation solutions for each product in production
• Monitoring and overseeing automation operations in production
• Managing and maintaining factory automation systems
• Developing and advancing automation in ongoing production
• Supporting the development of automation for new products and technologies
• Providing automation support and troubleshooting for the company’s overseas plants

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification – required
• Knowledge and experience in industrial automation – required
• Proven managerial experience, ability to lead a team and motivate peers – required
• High proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and verbal – essential
• Strong computer skills, including Office applications, with excellent proficiency in Excel; ERP systems – an advantage
• Advanced proficiency in 3D SOLIDWORKS software
• Business acumen, with the ability to cost, understand, and analyze cost-benefit
