What You’ll Do
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be an essential part of ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our platform, supporting both our internal teams and our customers. You will work closely with the Onboarding and Customer Success departments (in Miami) to manage day-to-day operations, maintain data accuracy, and uphold the quality of our unified catalog.
- Operational Support: Collaborate with the Onboarding and Customer Success teams to support day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Data Management: Set up and manage back-office data received from the Onboarding and Customer Success teams, ensuring that all data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Price Management: Execute daily price updates in our system, maintaining accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
- Catalog Management: Create, update, and maintain Reeco’s unified catalog, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and aligns with our business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the operations workflow, implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze operational reports to support decision-making and drive improvements in customer operations.

Who You Are
- High proficiency in Excel, with experience in using advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of industry-specific needs and challenges. (Big advantage)
- Experience in catalog management, including data entry, updates, and quality assurance. (Big advantage)
- Basic project management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively. (Big advantage)
- Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM tools, and other relevant software (Big advantage)
