Operations Manager

A rapidly expanding technology startup in the employee benefits sector is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the team and enhance daily operations. This multifaceted role involves coordination with various stakeholders, handling finance and accounting tasks (in collaboration with an external accounting firm), managing HR functions, overseeing general office management, and providing direct support to the CEO. The position is part-time and temp-to-hire, with a minimum 4-month duration and potential for full-time hire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations and office administration, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners/vendors.
• Play a key role in fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist the bookkeeping department in tracking invoices and payments.
• Facilitate HR functions such as onboarding, payroll setup, and employee experience initiatives.
• Organize team events, happy hours, and holidays.
• Provide executive support to the CEO.

About You:

• 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Employee Experience, or Office Administration roles.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Service-oriented with a friendly, positive demeanor, fostering a supportive office environment.
• Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings and embrace challenges.
• Native-level in English and fluent Hebrew.
