We are seeking a Project Manager for aircraft conversion at the Airborne Systems unit of Elta.
What will you do:
- Managing an engineering project to convert an aircraft to a mission-specific configuration, from the design phase to certification and serial aircraft conversions
- Engineering management, including design review approvals, risk management, project schedule oversight, and end-to-end requirement management
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering – mandatory
- At least 5 years of experience in project management within the aviation sector – mandatory
- Experience in managing or converting aircraft projects – an advantage
- Proven expertise in project management techniques
- Willingness to travel abroad.
