Digital Assets Business Development and Operations Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead business development and operations within the Digital

Assets Unit at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE).

In this role, you will drive the integration of relevant innovative technologies into TASE’s core operations, enhancing our leadership in the evolving financial landscape and contributing to a more innovative and effective capital market in Israel. You will also play a key role in pioneering new digital asset products and services tailored for

the Israeli market.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the integration of ground-breaking technologies (Tokenization, DLT, etc.) into TASE’s operations and its clearinghouses, setting new standards in the financial industry.
• Develop and execute innovative products and services in the digital assets arena, including product specification, evaluating business and strategic aspects, regulatory implications, operational impacts, leading sales processes, and translating business needs into operational solutions.
• Build and maintain global partnerships to expand TASE’s influence in the digital assets space.
• Conduct in-depth research to stay ahead of industry trends and guide our strategic decisions in the field.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and financial institutions, to drive success in the digital assets sector.
• Monitor and support the operation of TASE’s digital assets activities, with a focus on custody services, including cryptocurrencies.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strategic thinker with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Law, or related fields. A Master’s is a plus.
• Experience in FinTech, Web3/Digital Assets, or other relevant sectors.
• Understanding of the digital asset arena, including technology-business integration and implementation of DLT and blockchain solutions.
• Background and experience in capital markets, banking, payments, and/or investments - advantage.
• Knowledge of local and international regulations in the field and experience working with regulators and government bodies is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across internal and external teams.
• A creative problem-solver who excels under pressure and can manage multiple priorities, while addressing business, regulatory, technological, and operational challenges.
