We’re an early-stage, venture-backed startup tackling one of healthcare’s biggest challenges: staffing shortages. We are building an AI-powered marketplace that delivers the personalized touch of a human concierge, making hiring 10X faster, easier and more pleasant for both sides. With paying customers and healthcare professionals already landing roles through us, we’re just getting started.

You’ll be joining our founding team, working closely with everyone on the team and directly with design partners to build our product from the ground up. This is an opportunity to be a key player in our journey as you’ll have a massive impact on both the product and the company’s trajectory.

About you

• A self-starter with the ability and enthusiasm to take ownership and drive features from loose requirements to final delivery to end users
• 4+ years of experience in backend development, with strong knowledge of architecture and design principles
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• A high-energy team player with a track record of excellence

Would be great if you also have

• Experience building products from scratch
• Familiarity with machine learning models and workflows
• Likes to also work on the front-end
