Job description:

A solutions architect in the field of Microsoft 365 will lead the planning and implementation of technological solutions in the field of Microsoft 365 in order to meet the business needs of the company's customers.

The position includes working with different teams to ensure smooth integration of solutions, dealing with technological challenges, and ensuring high performance and ongoing maintenance of the solutions.

The position includes working with a variety of the company's clients.

Responsibilities

Planning and implementation of solutions: planning and implementation of advanced technological solutions in the field of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform and more.

Consulting and support: providing technological consulting to project managers and team leaders, solving technological problems, and assisting with technical support for users.

Architecture planning: development of architecture plans and customized solutions for the specific needs of the company

Training and implementation: training internal teams and training users on new Microsoft 365 solutions and optimizing the use of systems.

Experience of at least 5 years in the field of Microsoft 365, including experience in the implementation and implementation of solutions in the field.

Certification: official certifications from Microsoft in the field of e) Microsoft 365 such as MS-100, MS-101, MS-203 or other relevant certifications.

Technical skills: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 systems, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and cloud infrastructure.

Ability to analyze and solve problems: ability to analyze complex technological problems and provide effective solutions.

Interpersonal skills: ability to work in a team, good communication, and the ability to lead and guide other teams.

Languages: Good command of Hebrew and English.
