DevOps Team Lead

The Space Division is looking for a DevOps Team Lead to manage and guide a DevOps team of six members. This role includes professional leadership and responsibility for deploying Kubernetes and OpenShift systems on-premises, as well as EKS in the cloud. You’ll work with microservices-based systems and manage CI/CD tools in Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a DevOps team.
• Oversee deployment of Kubernetes and OpenShift (on-prem) and EKS (cloud) environments.
• Work with microservices-based applications.
• Manage CI/CD tools within Azure DevOps.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering – mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a DevOps team – mandatory.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, AWS, OpenShift, and Helm – mandatory.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.
• Experience with additional cloud platforms like GCP and Azure – an advantage.
• Knowledge of DevOps security best practices – an advantage.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible – an advantage.
