As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns designed to drive lead generation, create content that engages prospects at every stage of the buyer’s journey, and fuel our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate has a strong background in lead generation, content creation, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making in a tech environment.
What You Will Do:
- Execute and optimize demand generation strategies across paid media, organic channels, and email marketing to meet lead generation goals.
- Campaign Management: Create and manage targeted campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and generating high-quality leads.
- Content creation: Develop and create compelling messaging and ad copy that drive engagement and action. Tailor content to the target audience at every stage of the prospect journey, ensuring alignment with demand generation goals and delivering value that resonates at each touchpoint.
- Organic Growth: Drive sustainable inbound lead generation by leveraging SEO, content distribution, and organic search strategies to increase CloudZone’s visibility and website traffic.
- Email Marketing: Create and execute targeted email campaigns, manage email lists, segment audiences, perform A/B testing, and monitor performance to optimize email engagement and conversion rates.
- Data and Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and refine strategies to increase performance.
What You Will Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation or revenue marketing – Must-Have.
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, crafting compelling messaging and ad copy that drive engagement and action. – Must-Have.
- 2+ years of experience In email marketing and managing marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc. – Must-Have.
- Proven track record of creating, optimizing, and managing successful paid demand-generation campaigns – Must-Have.
- 2+ years of experience in managing external suppliers or agencies, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives, and maintaining high standards.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear insights.
- Excellent communication and content writing skills, with native-level English, both written and spoken – Must-Have.
- Proactive attitude with a knack for taking initiative – Must-Have.
- A creative approach to developing marketing strategies.
- Detail-oriented, with great organizational and project management skills.
