Job Description:

A BIM Engineer is required for an on-site role, overseeing and managing BIM processes in piping industry projects.

The engineer will be responsible for creating digital models, managing information, and collaborating with all project stakeholders to ensure compliance with piping specifications and quantity takeoffs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supporting on-site piping projects with a focus on BIM-based workflows.
• Supervising the creation of digital models, including the management and coordination of plans and quantity tables.
• Routine work with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks software.
• Working within the Autodesk BIM360 cloud platform.
• Coordinating information across all project stakeholders and ensuring compliance with specifications and quantity takeoffs.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or an architectural background – mandatory.
• Minimum of two years of on-site experience in the piping field – mandatory.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks software – mandatory.
• Proficiency with Autodesk BIM360 – mandatory.
• In-depth understanding of quantity takeoffs and tender specifications – mandatory.
• High-level professional English – mandatory.
