Responsibilities

• Providing consulting services in the field of Organizational Development & Methods to the Group’s clients.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Identifying client needs and opportunities to expand business activity
• Ongoing collaboration with other Organizational Development & Methods engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 10 years of experience as a PMO or project manager.
• Experience in analyzing work processes in government offices or public organizations.
• Previous experience working in consulting firms on Organizational Development & Methods projects.
