Job Description

Doral is seeking a proficient and motivated financial analyst to join the Corporate Finance department. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the corporate financing, corporate development, and M&A activities of the group.

Preferred candidate should have strong analytical skills, and at least 2-3 years of experience in a financial analyst role. 

Responsibilities

• Managing the financial forecasting workstream of the group, including interacting internally with various departments within the company.
• Developing and maintaining complex financial models for the group’s activities, in support of strategic financial decision-making.
• Conducting financial analysis with respect to corporate finance activities.
• Supporting M&A and business combination efforts of the group on a worldwide basis.  
• Collaborating with senior management to develop and execute strategic financial plans.
• Supporting business development activities, including due diligence and valuation analysis.
• Leading strategic initiatives to maximize capital formation and other business optimizations.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience as financial analyst or similar role
• Project finance / M&A experience, an advantage 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the energy or renewable energy industry, an advantage
• Flexibility to be both detail-oriented and results-driven, and able to thrive in a cross-functional and fast paced environment
• Strong English skills (both written and spoken), a must
