Financial Business Analyst

The Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance department specializes in preparing financial models and business plans for budgeting, control, and asset valuation purposes, as well as for evaluating acquisition deals in international renewable energy projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation, development, and maintenance of complex financial models for projects and the company.
• Building financial forecasts, valuations, and investment feasibility analysis for projects.
• Preparing business plans for management and participating in merger and acquisitions processes.

This position requires international travel.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in economics, Accounting, or Business Administration with a specialization in Finance.
• A master's degree is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in preparing financial models is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in valuations and preparing business plans.
• Experience working on renewable energy projects, with preference for international projects.
• Experience in a finance department or in economic consulting within accounting firms is preferred.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• High-level English proficiency.
