About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive POINT's brand awareness and positioning in Israel’s vibrant high-tech ecosystem. In this role, you will take ownership of POINT’s brand presence across various channels, developing and executing strategies to engage our community, generate leads, and enhance our market position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

• Digital Presence: Oversee POINT's social media and digital channels to maintain a strong and cohesive brand image.

• Content Creation: Design and produce impactful marketing materials, including presentations, campaigns, content, brochures, and sales tools.

• Collaboration: Work closely with sales and community teams, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

• External Relations: Manage relationships with agencies, designers, and suppliers for effective execution of marketing initiatives.

• Partnerships: Build and nurture partnerships within Israel’s ecosystem to expand POINT’s influence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related fields.

• Marketing Experience: 1-3 years in a relevant marketing significant role.

• Communication Skills: Fluent in Hebrew and English with strong verbal and written abilities.

• Creative & Strategic Mindset: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with a strong collaborative approach.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital advertising, campaign management, and design tools like Canva (an advantage).

• CRM Familiarity: Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.

• B2B and B2C Experience: A background in both is advantageous.
