Software Architect

A successful startup in the Big Data field, this company is recognized as a market leader in Data Security Posture Management. They are developing an AI-based technology that seamlessly integrates with enterprise applications to automatically classify data, identifying sensitive information and enhancing data protection.

The company has raised close to $500 million, backed by top-tier investors in the industry. With hundreds of paying clients on long-term contracts, the company has consistently exceeded even the most optimistic expectations and is experiencing exponential growth.

Based in Tel Aviv, conveniently located near a train line, the company offers a hybrid work model with two days from home. They employ 200 people globally, with about half of the team located in Israel.

About the role-

The role involves working on cross-organizational projects with significant impact, with a focus on 50% hands-on development. The tech stack includes NodeJS, TypeScript, and some Python, with technologies such as NestJS, Kafka, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake.

Requirements-

• 7 years' experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role such as technical leadership, software architecture, or development management.
• Deep understanding of software development processes, architectural patterns, and design principles, with a proven ability to apply this knowledge in the design and development of complex software systems.
• Demonstrated ability to stay current with emerging technology trends and successfully drive the adoption of innovative solutions within an organization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of effectively aligning goals and facilitating decision-making among diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in strategic planning and design of software systems, focusing on scalability and alignment with future product roadmaps.
