Security Researcher

Their cloud-based security platform integrates advanced analytics to detect and assess cyber threats, leveraging Big Data and Machine Learning technologies. The platform connects to all cloud environments, providing comprehensive, multi-layered protection for public cloud workloads.

Located in central Israel, within walking distance of a train station, the company operates in a hybrid model with two work-from-home days per week.

Founded in 2022, they have secured $35 million in funding and already have a strong client base and solid financial backing. The team consists of 40 employees.

Role Overview:

• Reporting to the VP and part of the research team.
• Conducting defensive research to identify potential attackers in various cloud environments.
• Collaborating closely with R&D, machine learning, and data science teams.
• Working in a multi-cloud environment.
• Developing an attack simulation tool to enhance security analysis and response.

Requirements-

• BSc degree or equivalent training from the army
• 5 years of experience in security research from industry/army.
• Hands-on experience in different cloud security vendors (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Vast knowledge of penetration testing methodologies.
• Proven experience with cloud-native penetration testing and/or incident response.
• Excellent data analytic skills of Cloud management logs and network traffic logs with the ability to understand patterns of attacks.
• Experience in Python or another scripting language.
