Board Design Engineer

CaPow is growing! We are looking for a highly skilled Hardware Design Engineer to join our R&D team and take part in developing our ultra-deep-tech innovative products and solutions for wireless energy transfer systems for autonomous robotics. The team deals with multidisciplinary R&D tasks for developing in-house solutions and platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Board design (schematic and layout) - power, analog and digital 
• Conducting BoM optimizations and cost reduction
• Helping with the NPI process for production.
• Collaborating with various groups: HW, mechanics, SW, System, Validation, Production,

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical engineering.
• At least 5+ years of experience in hardware board design (schematic and layout - preferably Altium)
• Proven experience in complicated PCB layout.
• Multi layer PCB design knowledge
• Experience in Analog, Power electronics (DC/DC topologies design, Analog sensors, Noise and Signal integrity concerns).
• Knowledge in mass production procedure.
• Knowledge of operating laboratory equipment (Oscilloscope, Logic-Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, soldering).
• Experience in EMI/EMC design and procedures – advantage.
• Experience in high voltage/current and RF – advantage.
