Position Requirements:

- Proven experience in COBOL development

- Strong experience with DOS/Windows environments

- Ability to support and develop on existing code.

- Proactive, independent, and responsible with a problem-solving mindset.

- High ability to quickly learn and understand complex payroll systems.

- Familiarity and knowledge of **payroll systems** – **strong advantage**.

- Experience with **Micro Focus** software – **strong advantage**.

- Experience in developing, supporting, or migrating complex systems – **strong advantage**.

- Ability to define requirements and design system architecture.
