Additionally, we specialize in recruiting Optical, Mechanical, Image processing, and algorithm Engineers for the industry.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist at OpticSolution. The Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle technical recruiting, managing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, and opening a new fields.

• Technical Recruiting and Recruitment skills
• Full-life Cycle Recruiting expertise
• Experience in conducting interviews
• Strong hiring capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of Optical, Mechanical, Image processing, or algorithm engineering is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field is advantage
