Position Overview:

We are seeking a Electronical Engineer to join our dynamic team.

We are looking for an experienced Electronics Engineer and Project Manager to join our multidisciplinary systems development team for the defense industry. The role involves designing and developing complex electronic systems, as well as managing technological projects from initiation to delivery to the client. This position requires collaboration with R&D teams, preparing electronic schematics, overseeing development and production processes, and working directly with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Specification, design, and development of multidisciplinary electronic systems.
• Preparation of electronic schematics for systems and circuit boards.
• Management of technological projects, including creating Gantt charts, task coordination, and meeting project milestones.
• Direct interaction with clients, delivering technical presentations, and ongoing communication.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaboration with subcontractors and overseeing development, production, and testing processes.
• Managing the POD (Proof of Design) process and providing real-time technical solutions.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in electronics development – required.
• Experience in managing technological projects – required.
• Experience working with R&D teams – required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and perform efficiently under pressure – required.
• Experience working with clients – advantage.
• Experience in developing electronic circuits – advantage.
• Familiarity with military systems – advantage.
• Mechanical insight – advantage.
• Strong proficiency in English – required.
