Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with a strong background in software development to join our R&D Product Success team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex, cross-functional projects that span both hardware and software domains, with a focus on delivering new products and releases for mega scale projects - customer facing.

This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to final delivery, while coordinating various teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Be part of a Product Success team that leads strategic cross-organization projects, responsible for both hardware and software domains
• Manage new products and releases: planning, execution and finalizing projects throughout all development life cycle
• Lead multi-disciplinary hardware/software projects – overall responsibility for SW development plan, technology, infrastructure changes, quality improvements
• Coordinate multiple interfaces including R&D, QA, PMO, Product Management, Technical and non-Technical Sales, Field support, more
• Facilitate and enforce development process & tools

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent knowledge
• 3-4 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager
• Experience in Software Security / Networking Systems / Hardware Engineering
• Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Strong organizational skills, negotiate and continually manage expectations under time-constrained circumstances
• Team player with lots of energy and a positive attitude
• Able to work independently
• Self-starter with an engaging leadership style and out-of-the-box thinking approach
