Research And Development Manager

We are seeking a talented R&D Manager to lead our team of software engineers in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for technology and extensive experience in both backend and frontend development.

Responsibilities

* Lead and participate in development and QA efforts, ensuring quality code and scalable solutions.

* Manage, mentor, and support a team of 7+ engineers, promoting productivity and growth.

* Collaborate with product managers and designers to align technical and business goals.

* Define technical strategies, drive architecture decisions, and ensure product scalability.

* Manage sprints and timelines, ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables.

* Promote best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and agile processes.

* Diagnose and resolve technical challenges across frontend and backend development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field.

* Proficient in Node.js, TypeScript, Angular, Flutter, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AMQP, and GraphQL.

* Experience with SaaS architecture, deployment, and scaling.

* Track record of managing a team of 5+ engineers in an agile, collaborative environment.

* Ability to deliver projects on time, with familiarity in agile methodologies.

* Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.

* Analytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
