Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Craft, articulate, and execute a strategic vision for the Business Unit, aligned with company goals.
• You will be aligned with our Functional and Process Excellence vertical and help us provide consulting services to solve strategic and operational business problems.
• Team Development: Mentor, guide, and grow the Resilience BU's team, ensuring we have the best talent driving our mission.
• Financial Management: Ensure profitability by managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional global teams to ensure value creation for our clients and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years in leadership roles with a strong emphasis on enterprise business development.
• Proven and relevant consulting experience with a leading Consulting company.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding business targets in enterprise environments.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
• Strong data-driven consulting with focus on business and technology value architecting and realization
• Ability to act independently to lead complex transformation engagements.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into engagements
• Technology acumen in related consulting areas.
• Ability to operate cross industry, with preferred experience in Industrial sector (FMCG, general manufacturing etc.)
• English – high level of communication ability (written and verbal)
