What Will you Do

• Manage the product life cycle from strategic planning to successful roll-out of new solutions and features to production
• Own and prioritize product roadmap and sprints planning for your area of responsibility
• Establish, track, and report progress on product metrics and KPIs
• Work closely with R&D to build the solution and discuss alternatives
• Collaborate with various teams such as: R&D, finance, marketing, operations, sales, and CS to understand the needs and solve the pains of our customers
• Define the priorities of the product development process by understanding customers’ needs and the company's vision
• Engaging with partners and customers to develop synergistic alliances
• Collect feedback from multiple sources and translate it into a prioritized roadmap
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS company with a proven track record of delivering impactful products - Must
• Solid technical background in software development and web technologies
• Experience with AI, LLMs, RAG, automation, and algorithms - Must
• Excellent communication and presentation skills – Must
• Proven experience working with design partners and launching new solutions
• Experience with Agile development and product management processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Hebrew and English
• UX/UI experience – advantage
• Multitasker that can shift focus quickly
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field – Must
