Driivz is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and lead the Delivery, Customer Success (CSM) and Operations departments. The COO will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the seamless delivery of products to our customers. This individual will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, aligning operational strategies with business goals, and focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee the Delivery, CSM, and ops and production units to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery to our customers.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's long-term objectives, including scaling operations and improving service efficiency.
• Customer Focus: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for global Tier 1-2 customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded, and proactively addressing any challenges or concerns.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve overall service quality and customer satisfaction.
• KPI Management: Track and report key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other executive leaders, including Sales, Product Management, and Finance, to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring business continuity and long-term customer satisfaction.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience (10+ years) in operational leadership, in global SaaS companies.
• Proven experience overseeing Ops, Productions and Delivery teams.
• Proven experience leading global delivery projects/ operations and costumer success teams
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performance teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, especially with senior executives and key clients.
• Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments and deliver results under pressure.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Experience with scaling operations in a rapidly growing company is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration / Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
