Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development and Marketing Manager at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems near Karmiel, with some flexibility for remote work.

The specific role is marketing of advance air-to-surface weapons.

The role involves overseeing marketing strategies, developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and identifying new markets for growth.

Qualifications

• Relevant operational background from the Israel Air Force - mandatory.
• Experience in marketing in the defense area - advantage.
• Experience in managing client relationships and identifying growth opportunities - advantage.
• Team Leadership skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in data analysis and market research
